🇸🇰 Otvorili sme ďalší semester európskeho spoločného magisterského programu ESWOCHY
Dňa 8. septembra 2025 sme otvorili tretí semester štúdia európskeho spoločného magisterského programu, ktorý patrí medzi unikátne možnosti štúdia, pretože študent si počas celej dĺžky vyskúša štúdium na štyroch rôznych univerzitách v štyroch rôznych krajinách. Otvárací ceremoniál sa uskutočnil v Univerzitnej knižnici Katolíckej univerzity v Ružomberku.
Európsky spoločný magister sociálnej práce s deťmi a mládežou (skr. ESWOCHY) združuje študentov z celého sveta, ktorí postupne prechádzajú štúdiom na Mykolas Romeris University vo Vilnuse; Riga Stradins University v Rige; Katolíckej univerzite v Ružomberku a na University institute Lisbon v Lisabone. Magisterský program sa študuje 4 semestre.
Cieľom programu je pripraviť vysoko kvalifikovaných odborníkov na pozíciu lídrov v oblasti sociálnej práce s deťmi. Počas celej dĺžky trvania program kombinuje základy torie sociálnej práce, spoločenské vedy, európske a lokálne poznatky, medzinárodný výskum, vývoj politiky a najnovšie poznatky o využívaní IKT v praxi sociálnej práce s deťmi a mládežou. Jazykom programu je angličtina.
🇬🇧 Another semester of the European Joint Master’s Program ESWOCHY opened!
On September 8, 2025, we opened the third semester of the European Joint Master’s Program, which is one of the unique study opportunities, because students will try their hand at studying at four different universities in four different countries throughout the entire duration. The opening ceremony took place at the University Library of the Catholic University of Ružomberok.
The European Joint Master’s Program in Social Work with Children and Youth (abbr. ESWOCHY) brings together students from all over the world, who gradually study at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius; Riga Stradins University in Riga; Catholic University in Ružomberok and the University Institute Lisbon in Lisbon. The Master’s program is studied for 4 semesters.
The goal of the program is to prepare highly qualified professionals for the position of leaders in the field of social work with children. Throughout the duration of the programme, the foundation of social work theory, social sciences, European and local knowledge, international research, policy development and the latest knowledge on the use of ICT in social work practice with children and youth are combined. The language of the programme is English.
